The next two days have changeable weather. You'll want to see for yourself what the conditions are before you head out on the roads. How much will be rain? How much will be snow and how much snow is left to play in after the rain stops?

Winter has come early and stayed north of Toronto. When travelling this weekend, it's a good idea to check out the condition along your trip before you head out on the road. Accu-window-weather.com gives access to webcams throughout Ontario as well as Environment Canada Weather Forecasts and the latest radar images. November 16, 2008
This is a perfect day to use accu window weather. The weather forecast said snow forecast was to happen last night overnight. But how much snow fell and where did it fall? You can look out the window to see how much snow came down. For example: In Huntsville, the forecast was for 5 cm of snow. In actual fact they got 5 or 6 inches of snow! More than twice what was predicted. You can check road conditions too!

There's snow in Huntsville, Ontario today. There's snow in Barrie, Ontario today. There's no snow at Blue Mountain or Honey harbour but there is at Horseshoe Valley. What are the Ontario weather conditions for travellers. What is it like on the ground. How much snow did we get so far? Are the roads passable and driveable?
Look out our windows to see what we see.
Why this site was created?
We were experiencing beautiful weather and yet the weather reports showed something completely different.
People in Ontario rely on the weather reports as they plan their day or their weekend recreation. What to wear? How to prepare for a trip. Snowmobilers, ATV ers, skiiers, hikers, cyclists, boaters can see conditions before they go. They can also check road and traffic conditions along their route. There have been many times in the last year when the weather report has said rain and cloudy when we are experiencing sunshine and blue skies. See my BLOG videos " Don't Believe the Weatherman" as examples. http://ontario-cottage-resort-beauview.blogspot.com/ To let people see what the weather is actually like at a particular location in Ontario, this website has been created http://www.accu-window-weather.com/ Like the name implies, it does weather reporting the old fashioned way - by looking out the window! In this case, you are invited to look out the window of various places throughout Ontario using their webcam, to see what the actual conditions are, at that location. We also include the latest Environment Canada Weather Forecast for planning purposes.
